When the importance of the eye is so high, it is valid to know a few more things before exercising and keeping your eyes healthy. The vision of the eye is in the optic nerve. Many people; nowadays can see with the help of glasses when the eyes deteriorate, but if the retina somehow deteriorates, the eyesight will no longer return. So, the eye cannot cure unless people have good health. There is no benefit of exercising only eye in poor health conditions. On the other hand, whatever may have done to maintain good health can help keep the eye healthy.

Knowing the above facts, the yogis have arranged eye exercises to improve their eyesight and keep their eyes healthy for the rest of their lives. Doctors today have begun to apply the same methods that yoga practitioners performed thousands of years ago.

In modern life, unnecessarily, we are putting too much pressure on the eye. The nearest things when, we will see maximum times, eyes will affect more and eyesight will lessen. The more we look in our eyes to the very close place only, eyes will get pressurize more & the vision will worsen.

The only way to get rid of it is to look at it from a distance. For example, if the sky and the earth seem to merge and you see that place will be of great benefit for the eyes. You will practice it two to four times a day for five to ten minutes a day. By doing so, the muscles that are tired of being forced on the eyes get a little relaxed and take a rest. According to yogis, the meditation of the moon, sun, and stars is better to practice. The following are some suggestions written by Sadhguru Thakura Nigamananda on how to get a cure for eye disease.

How to Keep Your Eyes Disease-free Naturally?

Get out of bed every morning and put as much water as you can in your mouth first. Then throw the water on your eyes twenty to twenty-five times with the remaining water. Then wash your forehead five to six times. Even; when you wash your hands after eating a meal, you keep plenty of water in your mouth, then will throw the water on your eyes a minimum of seven times. Then wash your forehead two or three times. You wash your eyes and forehead in the same way when you need to wash your face.

Especially this action keeps the eyes cooler. It refreshes the eyesight and keeps away the eyes from disease, and there is no risk of eye damage. The eyes are man’s greatest treasure. So that, no one should be avoiding practicing this rule every day.

How to Improve Eyesight by Practicing Sun Meditation?

The yogis show interest in sun meditation. Not only does this increase vision power, but it also increases concentration power. Keep in mind when the Sun, Sky will not be overcast, so keep an eye out until water comes out of your eyes. You have to do sun meditation at sunrise and sunset time. But it is essential to do meditation before the rays of the “Sun” come out and when the rays will decrease.

 The meditation time is at the rising and setting of the “Sun” Be careful that no one should do meditation when the “Sun” is bright. Many people have suffered in this way.

Many people mistakenly think that the Yogis only worship the “Sun” Those who have been misled by focusing on the intense sun, before practicing this meditation, you should know at what time and how long practice this. So, you can only take one to two minutes while meditating and then may increase the time. But it is not advisable to meditate for more than five to ten minutes. According to yogis, even the small thing you can see in a few days by practicing this sun meditation. The moon and stars meditation, you can practice in the same way.

How to Improve Your Eyesight?

We keep our eyes at work all the time except when we are asleep. Except for the nose, no other organ works for so long. When working with eyes, the muscles of the eyes tend to be overworked & many muscles become weak due to not getting enough exercise. Therefore, you must exercise the eyes regularly and establish a balance of the eyes. Only with the help of Trataka, the eye muscles will balance.

The first technique is to sit comfortably in your usual seat and look intently at the metal or stone object. Look until water comes out of your eyes.

The second technique is to focus on the center of the ground & stay focused until the water comes out of the eyes. So, we should keep concentration on the practice.

The third strategy is to keep your body straight by sitting in the same position as your head, neck, face, and abdomen in straight position. After a while, if you can focus on the navel, you will have to wait a while. When nothing else is visible except the navel, it will know that the Trataka Siddhi became complete.
