But it has a lot of health benefits for our body. Eating garlic on an empty stomach is very beneficial for the prevention of different diseases. Garlic supports the proper functioning of the bladder and liver. It is effective for gut issues such as diarrhea. Eating garlic energizes appetite and digestion. It helps to control stress. Garlic also aids in preventing stomach acid.

Garlic has the power helps to detoxify the body. Experts of medicine assert that garlic has the potentiality to fight worms and parasites. It helps prevent the diseases such as diabetes, typhus, depression, cancer.
