How can I maintain a healthy lifestyle?
Some of the lifestyles that, we can implement in our day-to-day lives. Make simple choices that you can do every day. You know that you can make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. Fear causes a large part of lifestyle diseases. It’s straightforward forward we look at foundations. We have foundations in spirituality, medicine anatomy & everything, so the choices we ask people to make the lifestyle changes are not what we think is right. We look at health very differently. It’s not what we believe is right; what does the body need; what does the human body that consists of trillions of cells and energy. Here, we will discuss in detail about “How can I maintain a healthy lifestyle?”, “Advice for healthy lifestyle”. Let’s discuss.
Nutrition
It comes down to the simple basics. You know what nutritious food your body requires. So, when every time I eat something, I ask myself simply before I even bless my food, is this feeding my cells with health, or feeding it with possible disease? That’s the first step, a choice we make now. I can make a conscious choice. I am having a burger after a month. Eat it without guilt. But if it’s the 10th day, I am having a burger and fries. It’s not a conscious decision and not what my body needs. So we look at nature; what nature has given us; that’s not poisonous. We try to align our nutrition closest to nature. That’s the first fundamental of nutrition. Second, do I eat a lot, overeat, or do I under eat? Both are equally bad or do I eat consciously how much my body needs? If I am physically active, my body will need more food. If I am sedentary today, my body needs less food. So even the busiest person who missed a workout today can bring conscious control by reducing the amount you eat because you have not expended that amount of energy. I don’t need the same quantity of food that I eat every day.
Movement
Always don’t even use the word exercise anymore. Do create movement. Because the blood in our body flows with movement and carries oxygen and nutrients to trillions of cells, I am sedentary. I don’t have enough blood circulation. So, whether it’s yoga practice, pranayam, gym, going for a walk. Create conscious movement. The body needs that, especially since we sit all the time today. Again, it is not what I think the body needs. It’s what the body needs. It requires strength, stamina, flexibility, and mobility. So, we look at the beauty of yoga. It is holistic and gives you everything in a proper traditional yoga practice. We learn everything from breadth work to stamina. We use muscles to hold an ARA flexibility and mobility. So, whatever exercise or movement works for you, select it. But just be consistent with it.
Sleep
Sleep is a beautiful healing instrument, and that’s why humans sleep. But yet we are trained to think that sleep is not important. You may use that time to build to make more money, to watch more entertainment. But we feel human beings are the only species who disrespect sleep. You will notice animals. You will never see a night animal in the day and never see a dead animal at night. They respect the cycles of nature, and that’s why we sleep. We sleep to recharge, repair, rejuvenate, and reboot our immune system. Our brain, everything is done with that beautiful sleep, which is free.
Emotional Wellness
It depends on our state of mind. Today, for example, we work as doctors & you know, we have surgeons who say I have opened bodies for 60 years. In my first ten years, it was all about the power in my hand, life, and death today. I may open our bodies & all I see is stress, years of stress built up. I had a bypass surgery. All I see is stress induced in the, arteries & so our emotional wellness becomes the foundation of human health. We look at babies who are born their state is happiness. Their physiological state is happiness. They may cry & angry, but they come so quickly back to the foundation. It’s the same for human beings. We have more responsibilities. But we are supposed to come back to a state of joy and happiness all the time. These are the foundations. So, now whatever works for anyone in that some people may like to paint, go for a walk in nature, meditate, pray, spend time with friends, whatever works for you. But it brings you back to that foundation of life is tough. But I feel good that I feel good at the end of the day is so important for mental and physical health. When I lose that weight, I feel good. When I get that promotion, I will feel good. No, we need to feel good to attract everything that we desire.
Conclusion
So these are the four simplest things that people need. It does not cost you money. Just look at your nutrition, where you can make a change to align more with nature, eat the right way, not when you are stressed, movement, sleep, and emotional wellness. The smallest changes that you make consistently are honestly all we need. We don’t need complications. You can start or enhance your mindfulness journey.
