Exercises for Relieving Back-pain

Twisting Posture
The twisting posture is effective for reducing back pain. Follow the steps;
- Seat on a chair and then twist your spine.
- Twisting means that your back will rotate around 90 degrees.
- Be sure the shoulder is squeezed by doing the posture.
- From one side, hold the chair tightly. Open your chest widely. Turn as much as you can.
- Then seat on the other side and repeat twist posture from your pelvic area.
The twisting gives you relief from back pain. It can also relieve constipation. It is also beneficial for your shoulder pain.
Bending Forward Posture
When you are getting back pain, do not practice this posture. Once the pain is solved, do exercise for the next time to relieve it. Follow the steps;
- Seat on a chair and compress your shoulder. Keep your chest up and bend forward. Do not narrow your chest.
- Keep flat your chest and stomach on your thighs. Till this time, you will twist.
- You can also put another chair in front of you and then bend forward. Your chest would be extensive in this position.
Alternate Your Arms and Up-raises leg
Follow the steps;
- You do alternate arms and leg raises. Hold it for five times and release it. Repeat same for another side also.
- If you are not maintaining balance for this posture. Then lie down the stomach and alternate arms, and extend the leg.
Keep Calves to The Rest
Follow the steps;
- You give your calves some rest. You will relief from back pain.
- You will lie down on the floor with calves by the chair. You keep separating your knees. You hold on in this position for some time.
- You can also do this exercise by lying on the bed with pillows.
