Preparation of Coriander Water

  1. Take one tablespoon of coriander seeds and 1 cup of drinking water.
  2. Soak coriander seeds with drinking water for one night.
  3. The next day morning, separate the coriander seeds from the water. In empty stomach, you drink this water.
