Nowadays, to become fit and healthy, dhyana and meditation are necessary. Practicing meditation has a lot of benefits. Practicing it gives peacefulness. It helps to cure psychological and mental problems. Meditation is helpful for depression, stress, and exhaustion. If you are going through this situation, you should make a habit of meditation practice at least once a day. Here, we will discuss how to avoid sleepiness during meditation practice.

Some people want to do meditation. But they are not able to do meditation. Because, in the day-to-day busy life schedule, it is hard to sit in the concentration. The second one some people try to meditate. But when they sit for meditation and start, they feel sleepy. So, they should concentrate on some things to keep away from sleep at the time of it.

Let’s follow the steps to come away from sleep.

  1. For a beginner, avoid meditation for a long time. When doing meditation, take a break for 5 to 10 minutes.
  2. When you become able to meditate for a short period, your brain will adjust to make a habit.
  3. Don’t practice meditation after eating. After eating, you can feel sleepy.
  4. Try to feel good when practicing meditation.
  5. To keep you active, you can listen to light music at the time of practicing meditation.
  6. Try to practice meditation in a natural place. Because the cool air and its sound will keep your mind alert.

Meditation is always needed. From the above content you knew how to avoid sleepiness during meditation practice. So, in the corona situation, it is most important to practice meditation.
